Recipe for viral videos

At some point during last week's Boondoggle blog launch, we were talking about the secret recipe - if any - for viral videos. I can't really remember who raised the topic, but I do recall we didn't agree upon one magical solution. I got reminded of the discussion while I was just watching the "how to make viral videos" video (check below), based on the infamous Techcrunch post by Dan Greenberg.
