Bizcamp

Yesterday was the first ever Belgian edition of Bizcamp. I've been to quite a number of *camps before, but Bizcamp sure was different. Main reason probably was the average age of participants (I guess I was one of the younger people around), resulting in high-quality and well-balanced presentations covering a wide range of topics.

I talked about singletasking (again) and re-themed (and slightly changed) my Zoocamp presentation. Here it is:

Interesting Tijs, thanks for sharing! Are you living this singletasking 'life'? And does it work for you? What I mean: don't you sometimes feel you're missing out on things when you decide to turn off the online connections for a while?

Well, I'm trying to. Some of the tips are hard to live up to, especially when you're working in a team. I don't feel like I'm missing out on things (at all). I'd call it prioritizing rather than choosing one thing instead of another.
