Loyalcation

I did a presentation at Mobilecamp Brussels last week where I talked about what I like about the current location based social networks and how things get even more interesting when you combine location + social + mobile with loyalty and CRM. I called that combination loyalcation and invited attendees to point to interesting cases and examples using the #loyalcation hashtag.
