We just launched Twiddict this morning, another brand new Twitter mashup that basically allows you to Twitter when Twitter is down. Twitter suffered quite some downtime the last few weeks, and tonight's World Wide Developers Conference and the iPhone 3G will probably cause some extra pressure on the service.
